The MacGregor Downs Country Club sits right next to a small lake in Cary North Carolina. With pristine golf course greens and beautiful scenery we were glad when the cloudy rainy skies cleared up and the sun came out! Paige looked absolutely beautiful in her Paloma Blanca gown! I had gotten a sneak peek of the dress at her bridal session and I couldn’t wait to see Brian’s reaction when he saw her in it for the first time! It was definitely the biggest smile I’ve ever seen from him.

The ceremony was a perfect fit for Brian and Paige and a few tears were (unexpectedly) shed on Paige’s end – happy tears of course! They wrote letters to each other and sealed them along with a bottle of wine in a box to be opened on their 5 year anniversary. Then replaced with new letters and new wine to be opened on their 10th anniversary, and so on. We love the idea of creating a time capsule and something so meaningful that can be passed down for future generations!

Hands down, my absolute favorite part of the entire wedding day was the first dance. Paige’s bridesmaid, Julia, and Brian’s groomsman, Josh, sang Like I’m Gonna Lose You for them. It was so beautiful and I’m pretty sure that one or the other of them (or both) will be famous some day.

By the time dinner was over and the cake had been cut, every one was ready for some great music and good times! The Brickhouse band played and the fun and dancing commenced.
