Having gotten to know Katie and Matt fairly well over the last few months, I just love their spunky, fun and quirky personalities and knew their wedding was going to be full of their personality.

Katie and Matt’s wedding ceremony was held at St. Paul’s Episcopal church in Greenville, NC. It was the first of several weddings we have there this year and also the first time we have shot in that church. The moment we walked in we were in awe. It is by far one of the most beautiful churches we’ve been in! Matt has a music degree (Tuba to be exact), and took care of picking out all of the ceremony music. It was phenomenal.

The reception was at Rock Springs Center, a few minutes down the road. The lighting and decorations were amazing and as you will see the guests had quite a good time and the night ended with a sparkler exit to a soap covered car.

Katie and Matt – you two are so meant for each other! We’re so happy we could be part of your wedding!

Right in the middle of the ceremony the bottom dropped out and it POURED down rain. We (and everyone else!) thanked our lucky stars that we were shooting inside that day, and not out!
